Acceptance of these terms

By creating a MutRadar account or using the service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to them, do not use MutRadar.

What MutRadar does

MutRadar watches a Madden Ultimate Team broadcast that you already stream publicly, reads the on-screen scoreboard and play-call panel from the video, and turns what it reads into live coaching prompts, match records and squad statistics.

It reads the picture. It does not connect to your console, your EA account or the game itself, and it cannot see anything a viewer of your stream could not.

Who may use it

You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account, or 16 if you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area and your country sets the digital consent age there.

If you are under 18, you need a parent or guardian's permission to use MutRadar and to agree to these terms on your behalf.

We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, write to [email protected] and we will delete it.

Your stream, and other people in it

You are responsible for the broadcast you point us at. Only connect a stream that you own or that you are allowed to have read on your behalf.

A Madden HUD shows other players' gamertags, including your opponents'. Those people did not sign up with us. We read those names only to label plays and match records, we do not build profiles on them, and we delete them with the match data they belong to.

Not affiliated with EA or the NFL

MutRadar is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Electronic Arts, EA SPORTS, the National Football League, the NFL Players Association, or any team or league.

Madden NFL and Madden Ultimate Team are trademarks of Electronic Arts Inc. All team names and marks belong to their owners.

Fair use of the service

• Use MutRadar for your own play and your own squad, not to resell access.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the service.
• Do not use it to harass, dox, or track another player.
• Do not upload or point us at content you have no right to.
• Follow the terms of Twitch, YouTube, and any other platform you stream on.
• In chat, do not post slurs, threats, harassment, sexual content, spam or anyone's personal information, and never tell anyone to hurt themselves. Trash talk about the game is fine; going after the person is not.
• Only send receipts from your own squad's games, and do not use chat to buy, sell or trade anything, or to fix or throw a match.
• Turn on your squad's live panel, or agree to go on MutRadar's channels, only when everyone in your squad is happy for their game and gamertag to be shown. Keep your squad's broadcast key private: anyone with it can open your live panel.

Chat

We have zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive players. Slurs, threats, harassment, sexual content and personal attacks have no place in chat, and accounts that post them lose chat or their account.

You can report any message in a chat you are in, and block any player: you stop seeing their messages everywhere, and they are not told. Our admins review every report, normally within 24 hours, and may hide or delete messages, stop an account posting in chat for a time, or close an account that keeps breaking these terms.

What you post in chat is yours, and you are responsible for it. You give MutRadar permission to store it and show it to the people in that chat for as long as it is there.

Accounts and security

Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else has access to it.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans, where offered, are billed in advance for the period you choose and renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.

We do not see or store your card details. Payments are handled by our payment processor.

Intellectual property

The software, the reading pipeline, the coaching models and everything else that makes up MutRadar belong to Cloud Native Solutions LLC. Your match data belongs to you, and you can export or delete it at any time.

Disclaimer

MutRadar reads a compressed video stream in real time and it will sometimes be wrong. Calls, yardage and tendencies are our best reading of the picture, not a guarantee, and coaching prompts are suggestions, not instructions.

The service is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise it will be available without interruption, or that it will read every play correctly.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Cloud Native Solutions LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of MutRadar, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. That removes your profile, your consent record, your streams, your squad memberships and your own win-loss record, and it cannot be undone.

Matches you have already played are kept, with your name and your link to them removed. They are your squadmates' history as much as yours, and deleting them would rewrite everyone else's record. If a specific match is wrong or should not be there, report it from the match itself and an admin will look at it.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will show you the new version and ask you to accept it before you carry on using the service. Small corrections take effect when we publish them.
